Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and pipe installations.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems.
- Install fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and local plumbing codes.
- Document services performed and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Valid Virginia plumbing license or certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with plumbing tools and equipment.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to quality workmanship.
