Overview:
Test and ensure quality of ServiceNow modules (IRM/GRC, ITSM, HRSD, CSM) through manual and automated testing.
Responsibilities:
Create and run test cases and automated scripts (ATF, Selenium).
Validate workflows, controls, integrations, and platform changes.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams; report defects.
Qualifications:
5-8 yrs QA; 3+ yrs ServiceNow ATF (IRM/GRC)
Strong automation, UI, API, and Agile experience
Preferred:
ServiceNow certifications, scripting, CI/CD experience
