FXA Sports is looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to help us grow our presence in new markets and strengthen engagement with our players. This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan and execute digital campaigns, create eye-catching content, and collaborate closely with our leadership team to bring our mission - to create memorable and exceptional sports experiences for adults - to life.
What You’ll Do:
Plan and manage digital ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
Design graphics and marketing content using Canva or Adobe.
Run email marketing campaigns and workflows via HubSpot.
Analyze performance metrics to track results and improve campaigns.
Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that drive registrations and brand growth.
Coordinate with interns, freelancers, and partners to keep projects on track.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of marketing experience, ideally with a focus on digital and email campaigns.
Experience managing people and projects (could include interns, freelancers, or external partners) with the ability to provide clear direction and ensure deadlines are met.
Proficiency in Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, Adobe and Canva.
Strong eye for design and ability to create engaging content.
Data-focused mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
Self-starter who thrives on meeting deadlines and juggling multiple projects.
A genuine interest in sports and building community.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
