Analyst - Change Mgmt (Aidvantage)
- Analyze all new program requests, as well as changes to existing program operations.
- Develop, update, and complete impact assessments for all proposed changes and communicate the impact(s) across departments to appropriate stakeholders.
- Work with management and their staff to assess current and future impacts of all project and program changes.
- Identify cross-project dependencies for all proposed changes.
- Support the implementation for new project initiatives and act as a liaison between all departments to effectuate the change management.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients and interfaces across programs in an effort to improve organizational performance.
- Identify documentation, such as policies, procedures, work instructions, etc. that require updates based on completed impact assessments developed through the change management process.
- Maintain and update status reports within the change management process.
- Evaluate and analyze change request data to determine effectiveness of the change management process and to provide the change Control Board with information to use in decision making. Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Analyze all new program requests, as well as changes to existing program operations. - Strong organization and tracking capabilities across multiple tracking platforms. - Work with management and their staff to assess current and future impacts of all project and program changes. - Identify cross- project dependencies for all proposed changes. - Act as the implementation lead for new project initiatives and as a liaison between all departments to effectuate the change management process. - Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients and interfaces across programs in an effort to improve organizational performance. - Identify documentation, such as policies, procedures, work instructions, etc. that require updates based on approved changes developed through the change management process. - Maintain and update status reports within the change management process. - Evaluate and analyze change request data to determine effectiveness of the change management process and to provide the change Control Board with information to use in decision making. - Ensure LMM activities are followed and stage gate meetings are scheduled with FSA counterparts - Works closely with ADVS release managers to ensure proper notification and planning of changes implementing Note: This is a limited-service position with an expected duration of approximately six (6) months. If an internal candidate is selected for the limited-service role, they will not be eligible for a merit increase. At the conclusion of this limited-service assignment, the position may be re-posted as a permanent role, and employees will be encouraged to apply. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
