Location: Ashland, VA
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift

Job SummaryWe are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join a growing team in Ashland, VA. This position offers long-term opportunities for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in both indoor and outdoor environments. Candidates will assist with material handling, assembly and disassembly of products, machine operation support, and general production duties.
Responsibilities- Assemble and disassemble materials and components according to specifications.
- Load and unload materials, products, and equipment from containers and machines.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Cut, measure, and prepare materials for production and assembly.
- Assist with machine loading and unloading operations.
- Move materials throughout the facility and worksite as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Perform other general labor and production tasks as assigned.
- Previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, construction, production, or warehouse environments.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- May push or pull materials 50+lbs.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
