Part-Time Server - Premium, Polished, and Professional

• Member-Focused Service : Deliver world-class service to our members and guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Dining Expertise : Maintain thorough knowledge of our menu, including daily specials, wine pairings, and allergy accommodations, to offer thoughtful recommendations and upsell menu items.
• Attention to Detail : Set up dining rooms and service areas according to club standards, ensuring an elegant and inviting atmosphere.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and fellow servers to ensure a seamless dining experience from start to finish.
• Efficient Service : Handle multiple tables in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Upscale Hospitality : Uphold the club's standards of service, courtesy, and overall member satisfaction, leaving a lasting positive impression with every interaction.

• Previous Experience : At least 1-2 years of serving experience in an upscale restaurant, private club, or similar fine dining environment.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Must be articulate, well-spoken, and comfortable interacting with high-end clientele.
• Professional Appearance : Adherence to dress code and grooming standards is essential, maintaining a polished and professional look at all times.
• Availability : Must be able to work weekends and some holidays. No late-night shifts, making this an excellent opportunity for work-life balance.
• Reliability & Punctuality : Consistent attendance and punctuality are critical in ensuring excellent service for our members.
