Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver
You’ve earned your Class A CDL — now build the experience that turns it into a long-term driving career in Arlington, VA and the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. We are seeking recent CDL school graduates to join an expanding Eastern/Mid‑Atlantic regional fleet. The role combines paid, mentored training with predictable regional routes and strong compensation and benefits.
- Weekly pay: $1,600–$1,800+ (paid every Friday)
- Paid training for a full month

What the job looks like
- Predictable regional routes serving Arlington and the surrounding Mid‑Atlantic area
- Approximately 3,000 miles per week
- No‑touch dry van freight
- Majority of loads are drop‑and‑hook
- New automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
- No slip seating
- 24/7 dispatch support
- Home time options to support work‑life balance: home weekly or home every other week
Training program
- Paid training program available for new drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- One‑on‑one mentoring with experienced drivers
- Focus on safe driving practices and gaining on‑road experience to progress confidently into regular regional service
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Satisfactory driving record
- Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
- Available to start promptly
