Assistant General Manager - Urgently Hiring (Hiring Immediately)

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant's success, supporting the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring your team. You'll lead by example, training, coaching, and recognizing your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. When your team shines, so do you! In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of daily operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence, making key decisions and driving the team toward excellence. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Products are made to standard. Ensures all Guest Metrics are followed - Ensures compliance of all Food Safety Standards including the physical plant - Assists in proper execution of all new product training rollouts - Assists in the hiring, training, and development of new Team Members - Assists in achieving all financial goals of the restaurant - Tracks and Analyzes sales, labor, inventory, and controls daily - Takes corrective action to ensure the Restaurant exceeds targets - Provides feedback to the management team on new hire performance - Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through use of preventative maintenance program - Understands the language on Coaching Report Job Requirements and Essential Functions: - High School Diploma or GED - A minimum age of 18 years is required - Must pass background check - Valid Drivers’ License - Must have reliable private transportation - At least 1 year of Assistant Management experience.
