Second Shift HVAC Service Technician
Hourly Pay: $28.00–$40.00 (Based on Experience & Credentials)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

• Perform service, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems

• Ensure exceptional customer service on every job

• Communicate with the Service Manager on training needs, inventory, and pricing feedback

• Participate in utility programs and system retrofits as required

• A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience preferred

• HVAC education or strong mechanical background preferred

• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record

• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams

• Skilled in troubleshooting various HVAC equipment

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Familiarity with sheet metal practices and air balancing

• NATE certification is a plus
