Position Summary
We are seeking a Field IT Support Specialist to support end users with device setup, deployment, troubleshooting, and general IT support. This role will be responsible for configuring and deploying computers, mobile devices, and phones while ensuring a smooth user experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, hands-on, and comfortable working in both office and field environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and support mobile devices, and phones.
- Assist with phone system deployments, device replacements, and user onboarding.
- Install and troubleshoot hardware, software, peripherals, and network connectivity issues.
- Provide in-person technical support to end users.
- Track, document, and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and assets.
- Perform device imaging, software installations, updates, and user account setup.
- Travel to various locations as needed to support deployments and end-user needs.
