Summary
Bach to Rock is looking for a dedicated Violin Instructor to join our team. You’ll deliver engaging individual and group violin lessons, inspire students of all ages and levels, and foster a love of music through performance opportunities and ensemble participation.

Responsibilities
- Teach Violin Lessons: Lead high‑quality one‑on‑one and small‑group lessons using our structured curriculum.
- Promote Ensemble Participation: Encourage students to join ensembles and group programs.
- Assess Progress: Monitor student development, give constructive feedback, and tailor your approach to individual learning styles.
- Foster Engagement: Create a positive, motivating atmosphere that keeps students excited about playing.
- Prepare for Performances: Guide students in preparing for recitals, concerts, and community outreach events.
- Collaborate: Work closely with fellow instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive teaching experience.
- Communicate: Keep clear, ongoing communication with parents/guardians about goals, progress, and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Performance, or related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Proficiency on the violin and ability to read standard notation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teaching certifications or additional music qualifications are a plus.
- Genuine enthusiasm for mentoring students and sharing your love of the violin.
