OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Arlington, VA by HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)

- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Vacancy description
Based out of Arlington, VA, you’ll pilot one of our 500+ late-model flatbeds equipped with APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, and removable rider seats.
What You’ll Do:
- Haul freight across the U.S. on OTR flatbed lanes
- Secure and tarp loads efficiently
- Maintain DOT compliance and accurate logs
