Document Analyst

Location: Alexandria, Virginia (100% onsite)

Pay Rate: $29-$32/hour

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report Review: Review Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) and Property Condition Assessment (PCA) reports to ensure data accuracy, internal consistency, and alignment with established standards.

• Quality Control: Perform administrative quality assurance reviews in Microsoft Word, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, formatting, and overall presentation.

• Data Validation: Review, update, and format Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, cross-checking numerical data against narrative text, tables, and charts in Word documents to ensure consistency.

• QA/QC Compliance: Conduct quality assurance and quality control checks on FCA and PCA reports to confirm adherence to internal guidelines and client-defined requirements.

• System Review: Perform QA reviews within the Enterprise Asset Management System to ensure asset and capital expenditure data is accurately uploaded and properly documented.

• Client Standards: Manage quality assurance checkpoints throughout the reporting lifecycle to ensure client specifications are met prior to final delivery.

• Workload Management: Review an average of 40–50 reports per month while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and turnaround expectations.

Qualifications Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English or a closely related field.

• Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in a related technical, documentation, or analytical role, preferably involving structured reports, data review, or quality assurance processes.
