Manager of Mold Remediation

Paul Davis Restoration of Northern Virginia is an industry leader in the mitigation field and we are seeking a recognized expert to lead our Mold remediation business. This person must be known in our market for being detail oriented business professional that takes pride in being a proactive problem solver. Responsibilities Include:

• Working with our sales and marketing department, develop and execute a business plan designed to increase our volume of Mold, Fire/Smoke cleaning, and other specialty cleaning jobs
• Work with Industrial Hygienist and other experts in the field to represent Paul Davis Restoration as a leader in the Specialty cleaning field.
• Provide a safe and efficient work environment for all employees.
• Lead, manage, and hold accountable the emergency team for accomplishing financial and service goals.
• Represent the Paul Davis Mission, Vision and Values
• Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives
• Builds, develops, and manages Emergency Services teams capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives
• On Call Rotation Required to provide on-call support and back-up support when assigned. This is a 24/7 on-call that covers weekends and evenings, including holidays.

Requirements Include:

• IICRC certification in ASD and AMRT or equivalent
• Management experience with strong leadership skills
• Financial experience with a keen understanding of profit and loss
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Salary: Base pay + Bonus incentive $75,000-110,000 dependent on prior experience and performance
