AID Performance Physical Therapy—Ashburn’s top-rated sports physical therapy clinic—is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Aide / Kinesiology Specialist to join our fun, energetic, and patient-centered team!

This full-time role begins in mid-July 2025 and is an ideal fit for new grads taking a gap year before applying to PT school. You’ll gain hands-on clinical experience, mentorship, and insight into the field of physical therapy.

What You’ll Do

• Assist physical therapists with patient care and exercise programs

• Apply hot and cold therapy

• Help keep treatment areas clean and organized

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and complete paperwork

• Maintain and clean equipment

• Optional: Help recommend exercise products to clients

• Learn and help run our Force Plate Performance Program

What You’ll Gain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or similar

• Dependable and mature with strong multitasking skills

• Coachable attitude with a desire to grow

• Looking for long-term employment (not seasonal or temporary)

• Available to begin mid-July 2025

• $16–$19/hour (based on experience)
