Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative

Work in office administration and customer service for a recognized brand and industry leader offering best-in-class products and service. We are currently seeking a motivated, organized individual to support daily office operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, and dispatch service and delivery calls


• Handle incoming customer calls and walk-ins, resolving issues professionally and efficiently


• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule in-home appointments and installations, Work well with installers and route teams.


• Assist with inventory management and control


• Prepare reports related to cash flow, billing, sales, and operational performance


• Make proactive customer calls for past-due collections and other revenue-generating activities


• Participate in formal training designed to support long-term growth and advancement within the company
