Sundance Lawn & Landscape we specialize in providing top tier landscaping commercial grounds maintenance services in the Northern Virginia area. Our locally owned company values quality, customer satisfaction, and community involvement. We're currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Relations Associate to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Relations Associate at Sundance Lawn & Landscape you will play a key role in assisting clients with their landscaping needs, offering product recommendations, and ensuring exceptional customer service experience. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of landscaping products, including plants, soil, fertilizers, tools, and outdoor equipment.
Key Responsibilities :
· Assist clients in selecting landscaping products and services based on their needs and preferences
· Provide knowledgeable advice on plants, design services and lawn care products.
· Collaborate with team members to meet goals and provide excellent customer service
· Answer client inquiries and resolve concerns in a friendly and professional manner
· Attention to detail.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in horticulture or landscape design is a plus
· Previous customer service experience, preferably in landscaping.
· Strong communication skills and ability to assist clients with their landscaping needs.
· Passion for gardening, landscaping, and outdoor living.
· Basic knowledge of plants, soil, and gardening tools.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
· Detail-oriented and highly organized.
· Ability to work weekends on rotation.
· Bilingual (Spanish & English) Preferable.
