Tax Manager - Boutique CPA Advisory Firm

Pay and Benefits for the Position:
- $125,000-$155,000 annually
- 401 (k) employer matched

- Hours capped at reasonable levels even during busy season (most often 50-60 estimated plus overtime paid if worked)
Responsibilities and Skills Needed:
- Bachelors in accounting, (or equivalent, Business with accounting focus, econ, finance)
- 5-8+ years of accounting experience in a firm / wealth management / public accounting / CPA firm environment
- CPA license is advantageous EA is also a big asset
- Prep and Review experience with C-Corps, S-Corps, Trusts and Partnerships, as well as tax return work with high net worth individuals
- Multi Industry knowledge helpful, construction, professional, HNW, manufacturing, other industries
- Knowledgeable with IRS regulations and rules to ensure all compliance is met
- Solid experience with multiple tax software programs
