Position Summary

We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior team members to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. This role provides the opportunity for professional growth in a supportive work environment.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with senior engineers to create and implement software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient code following coding standards.
• Assist in testing and debugging software.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new technologies.
• Contribute to the improvement of software development processes and methodologies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C++, or Python.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
