Deputy Chief Investment Officer (Multi-Asset) - Dubai | Partner with CIO / CEO | Single Fami (Arlington)

RGG Capital is seeking an exceptional Deputy Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to join our team in Dubai. This role involves co-architecting sophisticated, multi-asset investment strategies backed by significant patient capital within a private investment office environment.

Reporting directly to the CIO and CEO, you will play a key role in driving portfolio growth across diverse asset classes, shaping capital allocation decisions, designing risk frameworks, and fostering a culture of analytical excellence. This is a unique opportunity for a proven investment leader to impact a rapidly expanding global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect strategic multi-asset investment portfolios to achieve high returns.
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks.
• Lead research and innovation in quantitative models across equities, credit, and options markets.
• Partner with senior leadership to formulate and execute investment policies.
• Generate market intelligence and performance analytics for executive decision-making.
• Mentor and develop investment talent within the team.

Candidate Requirements:

• 10+ years of investment management experience, preferably within family offices or hedge fund environments.
• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
• Strong quantitative skills, proficiency in Python, and experience with multi-asset class management.
• Proven track record in risk management and complex financial instruments.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CFA, FRM.
• Experience with emerging markets and regulatory knowledge.
• Programming skills in Java or C# are a plus.
