We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual for a Part-Time Night Time Cleaner position in Virginia Beach , Virginia . This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of an office building environment. The ideal candidate is highly dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Schedule and Compensation
Hours: 15 hours per week
Days: Monday through Friday
Time: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM (3 hours per evening)
Location: Virginia Beach, VA (Specific location provided upon interview)
Key Responsibilities (General Cleaning Duties)
Cleaning, stocking, and sanitizing restrooms.
Dusting and polishing surfaces in office and common areas.
Vacuuming carpets and sweeping/mopping hard floors.
Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.
Cleaning glass and entryways.
Restocking necessary supplies (e.g., paper towels, soap).
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Experience: A minimum of (1) years of prior professional cleaning experience in office or commercial buildings is strictly required.
Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check .
Transportation: Must possess reliable personal transportation to ensure punctuality and attendance for the scheduled evening shift.
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
