Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.00/hr

Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm for 30–60 days. Schedule may change based on business needs.

What’s a typical day as a Customer Solutions Specialist? You’ll be:

• Answering inbound calls and assisting callers with wireless cell phone questions
• Troubleshooting devices and coordinating with service providers or technicians
• Collaborating with Account Managers to resolve client issues
• Taking orders, providing status updates, and offering tracking services

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills (must have)
• Can troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently (must have)
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Are able to work the required Monday–Friday training schedule and adapt to business needs
• Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
