Your New Role

As a Residential Electric Service Technician , in Rocky Mount, VA, you’ll be the trusted expert in our customers' homes, diagnosing, pricing, and completing repairs and replacements for their electrical systems. Your day will include:

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing residential electrical systems and components.

• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers about their electrical needs.

• Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance.

• Maintaining a clean and professional appearance, including your work vehicle.

• Ensuring all work meets safety and regulatory standards.

• Accurately completing paperwork and job documentation.

• Journeyman Electrician License (preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a residential electrical technician

• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Ability to operate power tools and electrical testing equipment

• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check and drug test

• High school diploma or equivalent
