About the Role:

Security Technology Group Inc is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Support Administrator to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across departments
• Manage and respond to internal and external support requests in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
• Coordinate scheduling, communications, and correspondence as needed
• Assist with onboarding, data entry, and system updates
• Troubleshoot administrative issues and escalate when appropriate
• Support team leads and management with special projects and reporting
• Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer support
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using Microsoft Office applications and bookkeeping software like QuickBooks
• Permitting

Requirements:

• Prior experience in an administrative, support, or office coordinator role preferred
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a proactive and professional demeanor
• Experience in the security or technology industry is a plus
