Event Management Trainee - Entry Level
We're seeking an Entry-Level Event Management Trainee to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop crucial skills such as negotiation, client acquisition, goal creation and achievement, and leadership during our paid training sessions. If you have experience in retail, hospitality, sales, or other relevant fields, we encourage you to apply, as we highly value these skills.
Responsibilities:
- Attend client training sessions regularly to stay updated on industry developments, promotions, and products.
- Create and maintain customer accounts.
- Develop and execute goals collaboratively, ensuring team sales targets are met.
- Engage in face-to-face interactions with new and existing customers to maintain brand recognition.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with team members and management.
- Educate and mentor new representatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
