Maintenance Tech-NIGHT SHIFT

We’re hiring a Night Shift Maintenance Tech for a 4-on / 4-off rotation (5:45 PM - 6:00 AM). You’ll get your schedule set for the entire year on Day 1—giving you a 4-day weekend every single week to travel or relax without touching your PTO. Keep the machines running smoothly and enjoy ultimate control over your time off!

salary: $58,240 - $58,988.8 per year

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on various types of machinery including but not limited to: facility and utility systems, manufacturing equipment, tanks, piping, process controls, packaging machines and mobile equipment.
• Participate in and/or facilitate failure mode and effects analysis, root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities to ensure the highest levels of asset and process reliability, availability, and quality.
• Perform various testing and recording of data on rotating, pneumatic, and hydraulic control devices, safety systems, and other associated equipment and systems.
• Analyze all types of mechanical or operational failures to determine and implement corrective action to eliminate recurrent problems.
• Assist/Lead production with line setups, product changeovers, equipment overhaul, and autonomous maintenance activities.
• Operates all machines so that repairs can be tested when completed.
• Develop SOPs and Work Instructions for both routine and non-routine maintenance tasks and train others.
• Independently troubleshoot equipment with a high degree of quality and reliability.
• Assist with all tooling trials and product development initiatives.
• Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, optimize existing PMs as well as develop new PMs to drive the maintenance program to become more proactive than reactive.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• standing for 12 hours at one time
• working up to 6 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

• PREVENTATIVE MAINTENACE (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Line setups, product changes (6 months of experience is preferred)
