We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and brand building.

Spartan Emergency Water Removal is a USMC Disabled Veteran owned and operated company specializing in water, fire, mold, storm, and reconstruction services and proudly serving residents of Northern Virginia, Fredericksburg, Richmond, and surrounding areas with a strong military staff. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
• Communicate the brand identity to the Spartan team.
• Lead the marketing team to build and maintain professional relationships with target audience.
• Oversee all Plumber/Agent/Property Management referrals.
• Track monthly marketing performance numbers.
• Oversee all tasks assigned to marketing reps to ensure completion.
• Host Continuing Education classes for new and existing insurance agents.
• Coordinate with Human Resources all internal company events.
• Work directly with other company managers to ensure customer and referring partner satisfaction, and maintain and upkeep all marketing supply needs.

Qualifications

• No restoration industry experience required.
• At least 3 years of sales and marketing experience, or qualifying education experience.
• Ability to effectively create and deliver new campaign ideas in a team setting.
• Strong organizational skills and experience to multitask and work on several projects at once.
• Communication skills and networking.
• Creativity and writing skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Computer and social media knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
