- Create and present compelling presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report performance versus targets.
- Attend industry events and networking forums to promote our services.
- Continuously learn and apply industry best practices.
- Some college experience.
- Proven background in business development or sales; relevant industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a growth-focused mindset.
- Exceptional organization and time management.
- Comfort with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and events as required.
