- Strengthen client communication and case management skills
- Ideal preparation for careers in clinical psychology, neuropsychology, or education
- Serve as first point of contact for prospective and current clients
- Guide families through intake, scheduling, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM system
- Coordinate schedules and support operational flow
- Assist with outreach and community education efforts
- Provide a welcoming, professional environment for families
- Bachelors degree required (Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field preferred)
- Strong interest in cognitive science, learning, or brain function
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
- Comfortable balancing client interaction with administrative tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools
Schedule
- MondayFriday: 3:30pm7:30pm
- Occassional Saturdays: 9am1pm
