Entry Level Sales Representative

As the public face of the company, our entry level sales team members are responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services our client(s) offer. You would be expected to be continuously updating knowledge of our clients products, services, and policies. Another key responsibility is maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays.

Job Responsibilities:

● Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.

● Operating tablets used to manage accounts.

● Achieving established goals.

● Increasing bottom line sales for our client.

● Superior product knowledge.

● Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.

● Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.

● Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

Job Requirements:

● An Associate’s degree or high school diploma is a PLUS, but not required.

● Retail sales experience is a PLUS, but not required.

● A professional appearance.

● Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
