Associate Dentist Position:
- Enjoy full clinical autonomy over your schedule and patient care
- Dentist-owned private practice with a supportive team environment
- Competitive pay: $800 daily minimum, 35% of collections (no lab fee deductions)
- Benefits include 401(k), CE stipend, paid malpractice insurance, and license fees
- Opportunity for partnership or ownership in the future
- Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates

Associate Dentist Requirements:

- Virginia Dental License by start date
- Residency training or some experience preferred
