About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Inside Sales, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers, managing orders, and ensuring quality service from start to finish. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing estimates and quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with production to meet deadlines. This role requires both in-person and phone communication with customers, making strong interpersonal skills a must.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service and communication.
Provide estimates and quotes, process orders, and maintain accurate customer records.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure orders meet quality standards and deadlines.
Manage multiple customer requests and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research tools for customer interactions.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, both in person and over the phone.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 1-3 years in customer service and/or inside sales, preferably in a business-to-business setting.
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using online research tools.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong sense of urgency and accountability to meet deadlines.

Work Environment & Requirements

This is an on-site position - remote work is not available.
Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to machine noise.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds as needed.
A professional appearance and positive attitude are essential.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
