New College Grad - Semiconductor Quality Assurance Engineer
Communicate with Global Quality (GQ) engineers and probe production teams to release QRA material holds. Use data analysis tools to extract and analyze hold data, recommend and complete disposition strategies. Identify and contain non-conforming wafers and assess risk to outgoing product quality. Lead or support global projects to deploy and enhance quality systems and business processes. Drive and implement new Statistical Bin Limit (SBL) and Part Average Testing (PAT) strategies. Develop QA dashboards and automated reports using R, Python, or Tableau, and build machine learning models and interactive web API dashboards to predict wafer/die-level quality. Automate product disposition and QRA risk assessment reporting. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Materials Science, Physics, or Microelectronics Engineering. Basic coursework or understanding of semiconductor device physics and semiconductor manufacturing process flows. Basic coursework or understanding of CMOS operation and reliability failure models, and basic understanding of reliability of DRAM or FLASH memory devices. Basic coursework or understanding in statistics, probability theory, and machine learning. Technical skills using Python for Data Analysis, Visualization, and Machine Learning. Exceptional oral and verbal communication skills and ability to innovate and collaborate in a team environment. Semiconductor internship experience
