As a part of our badass team (yep we said it), youll help deliver our mission by joining a team of GOATS that, together will continue to grow the legacy of our brand and be brand stewards. Prep Cooks are responsible to cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List.

Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation)
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law
Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
Must be able to read, write and speak in English
Must have reliable transportation

Our Prep Cooks are Responsible for:
Ensuring our guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food products with the utmost recipe adherence
Supporting the success of the Heart of house by ensuring menu items are stocked and prepped according to food safety and recipe standards.
Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout all food preparation areas
Being aware of and abiding by all food safety practices.
