What You'll Do

As the Host/Hostess at Gersi RVA, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and making them feel welcome.
- Managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the flow of the dining room.
- Communicating wait times clearly and efficiently.
- Assisting with inquiries about our menu and restaurant.
- Supporting the team with additional tasks to ensure smooth operations.
