Landscape Account Manager
Landscape Account Manager:
Sunrise is a well-established, high-end landscape maintenance and design-build company located in Sterling, VA. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our sales team as a Landscape Account Manager . This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with knowledge of horticultural or agronomic best practices. Primary Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities include managing and growing a portfolio of commercial & residential landscape maintenance accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong client relationships, and contract profitability.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for landscape maintenance accounts.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Proactive meetings & communications with clients to review performance, address concerns, identify enhancement opportunities, and maintain client retention.
- Respond promptly to client requests, issues, and service adjustments.
Quality Control:
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure property-specific notes are executed in the field.
- Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage to ensure service & design intent are achieved.
- Conduct site audits and quality control inspections.
Account Management:
- Monitor & analyze revenue and costs to ensure account profitability.
- Prepare and present proposals for contract renewals and landscape enhancements.
- Identify enhancement opportunities including seasonal color, hardscape improvements, planting installations, plant health care services, turf care packages, etc.
- Support accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payment.
- Maintain accurate records of site audits, inspections, and client communications.
- Prepare reports on account performance and key metrics.
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for account growth within existing portfolio.
- Support growth goals through relationship building and referrals.

Job Type:
- Full-time, exempt.
Base pay:
- $55,000 - $75,000 Salary + Commission.
