Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop FOH staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Oversee bar operations with a strong understanding of craft cocktails, wine service, and beverage cost management.
• Implement and refine scalable systems for service, training, and operations.
• Manage labor scheduling to balance optimal service with cost control.
• Monitor food and beverage costs, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.
• Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to create seamless guest experiences.
• Analyze guest feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leadership experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings.
• Strong bar/beverage knowledge, including cost control and menu development.
• Proven experience in labor management, scheduling, and cost analysis.
• Exceptional knowledge of hospitality service standards and fine dining etiquette.
• Experience building and scaling operational systems in high-volume, high-quality
