ActioNet is seeking an experienced, results oriented Senior Information Technology (IT) Project Managerto join our team in the Falls Church, VA area. You will play a critical role in planning, initiating, and managing projects. The PM will lead and guide the work of cross functional teams while alsoserving as a liaison between business and technical

aspects of projects. The PM will also plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage whilemonitoring progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of War.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures foraccomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to variousphases of the project
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of the project,
• Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and

scope of authority

• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on

schedule and within the prescribed budget

• Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans asrequired
• Prepares project reports for management, client, or others
• Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
• Coordinates projectactivities with other entities (may include direct interface with

customers).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with over seven years of federal

government experience

• 3 years of experience of managing cloud projects (MS Azure, MS Dynamics, ServiceNow)
• 5-8 years of Project Management - Develops project plans; Coordinates projects;Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and budget; Managesproject team activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
