Employee Experience Coordinator
Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Employee Experience Coordinator. This role focuses on supporting employee engagement initiatives, coordinating onboarding programs, maintaining employee records, assisting with internal communications, and helping create a positive employee experience in a fully remote environment.

The Employee Experience Coordinator will work closely with HR teams, managers, and employees to coordinate employee programs, organize engagement activities, support onboarding, maintain HR documentation, and assist with day-to-day people operations.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
- Assist with internal communications and company announcements
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate virtual meetings, training sessions, and employee events
- Respond to employee questions and provide administrative support
- Assist with employee surveys and feedback programs
- Track participation in employee development initiatives
- Collaborate with HR and department managers on employee programs
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate HR records
- Support people operations projects and administrative tasks
- Perform additional employee experience and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in human resources, administration, customer service, employee support, or related roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR information systems (HRIS)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
