Salary Range $55,000-$90,000 per year Senior Service Advisor $1000 a Week Guaranteed for the First 90 Days! (Plus Commission & Bonuses)

What You'll Do

• Lead and coach your Service Advisor team to hit sales and service goals.
• Build relationships with customers, explaining vehicle issues in a way they understand.
• Confidently recommend and sell the right services and repairs.
• Write estimates, order parts, and manage the full repair order process.
• Master our proven systems like the Warm Welcome, Fond Farewell, and Phone Process.
• Keep pace with a fast, fun, customer-first environment.

What You Bring

• Automotive industry experience with strong sales skills.
• Deep understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair recommendations.
• A professional, genuine, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask, lead a team, and communicate clearly.
• A valid driver's license and a drive to succeed.
