About the Role

As a Junior Fundraising Associate , you will represent nonprofit organizations and community-based causes at live events, promotional campaigns, and fundraising initiatives. You’ll engage directly with the public, share impactful stories, and inspire donors to take action. No prior experience is required — we provide full training and mentorship .

What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing fundraising events and community marketing campaigns

• Represent charitable organizations and promote their mission at local events, pop-ups, and retail locations

• Build genuine connections through face-to-face outreach and donor engagement

• Deliver excellent customer service , answering questions and sharing campaign details

• Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize event visibility and fundraising results

• Track campaign performance and provide feedback to support team goals
