Join us as a Spanish–English Career Services Consultant and empower job seekers to secure meaningful, sustainable employment. You’ll be the connector between clients, employers, and community resources—translating goals into outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Provide individualized assessments to identify career goals, skills, and support needs.
- Deliver bilingual (English/Spanish) guidance across the full job-search lifecycle.
- Design and execute personalized search strategies for each client.
- Support resume development, interview readiness, and application submissions.
- Network with regional employers to surface openings and align talent to roles.
- Facilitate job-readiness and professional development workshops and trainings.
- Maintain accurate case records, track progress, and report outcomes.
- Coordinate with community partners to expand client resources and services.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required).
- Experience in employment services, workforce development, or career counseling.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to connect with diverse populations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and job search technologies.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for client success and goal attainment.
