We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to support daily accounting and administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Part-time book keeper Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

• Maintain and organize filing systems
• Enter and post data and journal entries
• Perform bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations
• Review balance sheets and income statements
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and process invoices and billing statements
• Prepare bank deposits
• Process payroll documents and timesheets
• Assist with tax-related reports and compliance
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Use accounting and spreadsheet software daily (QuickBooks, Excel)

Part-time book keeper Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• 3+ years of QuickBooks experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license (may be required for local errands)
