This is a shop-based role for a technician who knows their way around complex equipment and is ready to work at a high level with minimal hand-holding. If you've built real diagnostic depth across diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems and you're looking for a stable environment where that skillset is put to good use every day, this is worth your attention.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be based in the shop performing maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of heavy and rental equipment. You'll work with a degree of independence, contribute to the development of junior techs, and occasionally support field needs when required. Specific responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across a broad range of equipment types
• Completing accurate daily work orders and electronic service documentation
• Mentoring and supporting the growth of less experienced technicians
• Occasional travel to customer job sites for repairs or maintenance as needed
• Maintaining any assigned service vehicle in a clean and professional manner
• Supporting equipment and parts pickup and delivery as needed

What the Right Candidate Brings

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining heavy or rental equipment
• Strong working knowledge of diesel engines and related mechanical systems
• Advanced diagnostic ability across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Your own tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs regularly
