Maintenance Worker Details:

• Temporary position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm )

• Perform routine cleaning, repairs, and general apartment upkeep.
• Handle landscaping tasks like mowing, trimming, and planting. Inspect and prepare units for new tenants, ensuring all repairs and cleaning are completed.
• Assist with inventory, emergency maintenance needs, and teamwork to support property operations.

Maintenance Worker Qualifications:

• Basic maintenance and cleaning experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform light repairs, use hand tools, and follow safety procedures.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, including lifting, bending, and completing physical tasks.
• Must pass background screening and meet company reliability standards.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to assist with on?call or urgent maintenance needs
