Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and not afraid to get your hands a little dirty? Do you have a passion for animals or insects? If so, The Bug Company wants you on our Production Team! This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll work closely with live insects — ensuring their care, health, and environment are maintained to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Monitoring insect health & habitat conditions
• Preparing food and feeding live insect colonies
• Cleaning and maintaining rearing environments
• Ensuring secure and stable housing for insects
• Following safety and care protocols
• Using tools like box cutters, tape guns, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable working with live insects daily
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, kneel, squat, and bend
• Reliable and able to work in a hot, humid, dusty environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Basic math and tool-handling skills
• Fluent in English with clear communication
• Willingness to adapt and take on tasks as needed
