Community Relations Manager - Entry Level

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent nonprofit and community partners at live events , fundraisers , and outreach campaigns

• Build and nurture relationships with community members, local businesses, and organizations

• Communicate campaign messages clearly and guide individuals on how they can get involved

• Support the execution of outreach goals and ensure events are carried out successfully

• Track engagement metrics and offer feedback to optimize future community initiatives

• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, energetic event environment that fosters connection

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Friendly , outgoing, and confident in engaging with people from all backgrounds

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable , self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow

• Passionate about community work , nonprofits , and helping others

• Bonus: Experience in customer service , sales , retail , or marketing is a plus, but not required
