Ireland's Four Courts is a thriving neighborhood pub in the heart of the Courthouse neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia.
This is a part-time role with the possibility for advancement in the restaurant; experience in the service industry is highly valued but not required.
Responsibilities include:
- Attending pre-shift meetings and managing guest awareness of the nights’ events
- Greeting and seating guest, overseeing dining room operations alongside the service manager
- Assisting in table maintenance and bussing to ‘turn’ tables quickly, cleanly and efficiently
- Answering the phone and forward calls appropriately, take to-go orders, inform managers of event requests
- Informing guests of any restaurant policies or logistics (parking, business hours, etc.) when needed
- Maintaining a constant presence on the floor throughout service
- Tuesday , Wednesday and Thursday shifts 5- 9.30pm
Compensation starts at $18.00/hourly, paid bi-weekly and 100% of to-go tips paid nightly. Also, shift meals are covered at 100% each night working
