Our agency opened in 2014 and has grown into a team of seven who are committed to supporting one another and serving our community well. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation and a clear vision for the kind of culture I wanted to build.
I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a business degree and am married with two young kids. Family is incredibly important to me, and that perspective shapes the way I lead and support our team. Were very active with Junior Achievement and believe strongly in investing in and supporting the next generation through financial education and community involvement. We offer a $50 monthly gym membership stipend, a group life plan, PTO, a Simple IRA, health benefits, and a $500 bonus for each license earned. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Aubrey Pithwa - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
