Position Overview
Financial Advisors work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to help them develop financial protection, retirement, and wealth-building strategies aligned with their long-term goals.
You will educate clients on financial planning, insurance, and retirement strategies while building long-term relationships and a practice founded on trust.
This commission-only role offers unlimited income and leadership paths for entrepreneurs.
What You'll Do
Client Consultation & Financial Guidance
Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their goals and priorities
Conduct financial needs analyses and help clients develop personalized financial protection, retirement, and long-term planning strategies.
Educate clients on financial planning strategies, risk management, insurance, retirement, and wealth-preservation strategies tailored to their goals.
Develop customized recommendations aligned with client objectives
Help clients make informed decisions about their financial future
Business Development
Generate new client opportunities through referrals, networking, community involvement, and relationship-building activities
Develop and maintain a strong prospect pipeline
Build long-term client relationships that create ongoing referral opportunities
Expand your professional presence within your local market
Practice Growth
Build and manage your own Financial Advisor practice and book of business
Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up
Participate in training, coaching, and development programs
Continuously improve your financial knowledge and professional skills
Compensation
Commission-Only Structure
Uncapped earning potential
First-year income potential of $75,000–$120,000+
Performance-based compensation

What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in financial services, financial planning, insurance sales, banking, business development, or relationship-based sales
Interest in financial planning, retirement strategies, and helping clients achieve long-term financial goals
Experience working in commission-based environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
Self-motivation and personal accountability
